Since 2009, Eduka Male Student Dormitory Florya, where more than 500 university students have received dormitory services, offers accommodation in the heart of Istanbul with high security and the comfort of a boutique hotel concept. The campus building, whose seismic safety has been approved by experts, is located next to the E5 motorway and 100 metres from the Beşyol metro bus stop. It is the most central location from where you can reach many state and foundation universities. Eduka Male Student Dormitory Florya, all designed by architects according to the best living and working conditions of the students, offers a peaceful environment to the students with its 36 rooms and 73 bed capacity with different options for single, three and four people. The modern campus, which has an enclosed area of 1,200 square metres and includes large social areas, has a high level of security 24 hours a day, while the entry and exit of students is carried out and recorded by an eye recognition system.
